I came up with this dressing to go with my Simple Festive Fall Salad. It’s light, flavourful, simple, and only contains clean, good for you ingredients. I’ve been putting this on all of my salads ever since!
The ginger isn’t overpowering and the dijon mustard and maple syrup really balance out the flavour nicely. Try it with any other fall-ish salads that you’ve got! It’s been making it much easier to eat salads in the winter for me. I hope it helps you too!
